My Youth Renewed Like The Eagles

Hi everyone, my name is Carol Hall and I am 73 years young. I have many titles, but the greatest title of all is “Child of God”.

I gave my life to God at 10 and was baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit at 25. Life in God has not been all peaches and cream, but it has been one great adventure.

I survived an 11-year marriage, which was dissolved with a letter he left on the kitchen table. “I was living a good Christian life and he wasn’t ready for that - and besides, I gained weight and that was not acceptable.” P.S. - he died a saved man. Also, by the way, two months after he put my son and I out, God baptized and filled our six-year-old son with the Holy Spirit.

I survived a four-month bout of severe anxiety and panic attacks and was later diagnosed with Lupus. Praise the Lord I am Lupus free!

My son at age 17 was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Failure. Our lives were turned upside down. Thirty years later, Ken is still here. STILL standing. He penned a testimony for BeYOUty Unleashed entitled, “Jesus Wins Again”.

In the last couple of years, my 93-year old mom, who lives with me, had a series of heart attacks and congestive heart failure.

In the last 1 ½ years, I had what the doctors said were two mini strokes, but the enemy is a liar. All my test came back negative.

This is just a small glimpse of my life.

I am still standing, I’m still holding on, “Yet will I praise God”. I am questioned all the time about my age, most people refuse to believe me. My response can be found in Psalm 103:5, one of the benefits of salvation is, “Who satisfies your mouth with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagles.” His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
